2 reviews of Shake Shack "Shake Shack is a great new addition to Franklin! They just opened, but you'd never know it with the consistent food and good service. Keep in mind that while Shake Shack fits into the "fast food" category they make everything to order so it won't be super fast. The hot dog is very good, though there is only a basic dog without the specialty dogs available at other locations. The ShackBurger is also good, as we've come to expect from other locations. The crinkle cut fries are also very good. The new location is clean and bright, though it can be a bit loud both because of the acoustics and the music. There are also a few small TVs, though with the volume muted in favor of the music. If you already know Shake Shack this is a great new location. If you've not tried Shake Shack before, this is a great place to give it a try!"
