One managed engagement

Managed outbound for $7,500 a month.

Audienti runs targeting, research, and outreach from the profiles of three people on your team. Your people keep the conversations and close the deals.

What Audienti does and what your team does.

Audienti does the work. Your team takes the meetings and runs the deals.

Audienti operates

  • Three people from your team: founders, execs, or AEs
  • Tests across your ICPs and use cases, tracked separately
  • Picking target accounts and prospects
  • Spotting and ranking buying signals
  • Research, prep, and outreach
  • Tracking what created each meeting and opportunity
  • Logging the evidence in your CRM
  • A weekly review to keep improving

Your team owns

  • The three people taking part, and access to their accounts
  • A quick look when we need your judgment
  • Fast follow-up when a buyer is interested
  • The sales process, from discovery to close
  • Saying yes or no to each opportunity, with reasons
  • Keeping deal stages current in the CRM

Measurement

What counts as an accepted opportunity?

Your team checks each held meeting against this list and logs the decision in your CRM.

  1. 01

The account fits an ICP we agreed on

  2. 02

A real buyer is in the conversation

  3. 03

They confirmed a real problem, project, or priority

  4. 04

They want to look at a solution or take a next step

  5. 05

The evidence is in your CRM

  6. 06

Your team says yes, this is an opportunity

Who this is for.

B2B sales teams with a proven offer, two to ten AEs or senior sellers, people who can represent the company, and a working CRM.

  • You sell a proven B2B product with a complex sale
  • You have two to ten AEs who need more pipeline
  • Your people can credibly show up in your market
  • Your CRM and follow-up work
  • You are weighing this against an SDR hire or an agency

Modeled economics

$7,500 a month works out to about $833 per accepted opportunity.

The plan targets nine accepted opportunities a month across three people. An SDR at a $6,000 base salary producing six opportunities costs $1,000 each. These are planning numbers, not guarantees.

Review the assumptions

Questions about the engagement.

Scope, measurement, and client responsibilities.

What does Audienti manage?

Audienti picks the target accounts, watches the signals, does the research and outreach, tracks what created each meeting, and runs a weekly review. The standard plan works from the profiles of three people at your company.

What does our team still own?

Your team brings the expertise, the three profiles, and the sales process. Your people take the buyer conversations and meetings, and decide what counts as an opportunity. Reviewing outreach drafts is optional; we cover it by default.

How many people can participate?

The standard plan uses three people from your team. That is the default, not a limit. Need a different setup? We will scope it. One person is $2,500 per month.

Can we test more than one ICP or use case?

Yes. We can run more than one ICP or use case at a time. At kickoff, we prioritize and sequence them within the plan's capacity, and results are tracked separately so your team can compare performance.

What counts as an Accepted Opportunity?

The account fits an ICP we agreed on, a real buyer is involved, a real problem or project is confirmed, and the buyer wants to take a next step. The evidence is in your CRM, and your team says yes to it.

Does a booked meeting count as an opportunity?

No. Booked meetings, held meetings, and accepted opportunities are counted separately. Nothing becomes an opportunity until your team looks at the evidence and accepts it.

Does Audienti replace an SDR?

It is an alternative to hiring another SDR. We run prospecting from the people already at your company. We do not promise a fixed replacement rate.

How is this different from an outsourced SDR agency?

An outsourced SDR agency builds pipeline with its own people. Audienti works from the people already at your company, so the relationships and visibility build on your team's profiles, not the agency's.

Is this an AI SDR?

No. An AI SDR sends machine-written outreach on its own from day one. Audienti automates the low-value work immediately, but new buyer-facing messages get human review until the system has learned your voice. Only then does messaging run automatically. Your team is not required to do the reviewing; our operators handle it, and your people take the meetings.

What needs to be ready before kickoff?

A proven offer, an agreed ICP and use case, credible people who can represent your company, a working CRM, and fast follow-up when a buyer says yes.

Do you guarantee meetings or opportunities?

No. We set targets and measure every stage, but we do not guarantee a number of meetings, opportunities, or deals.

How do we measure progress?

We track coverage, outreach, replies, booked meetings, held meetings, and accepted opportunities, each on its own. The CRM evidence and your accept decisions set the opportunity count.
