Terms of Service
Thank you for choosing OMALab! We’ve designed our products to help you achieve your goals. As we serve a vast number of users, we’ve established these Terms of Service to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
In this document:
“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to OMALab, Inc.
“Services” refers to our websites and any product created and maintained by OMALab, Inc.
“You” or “your” refers to individuals or organizations that have an account with our Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to you. By using our Services, you agree to the current version of these Terms.
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact our Support team.
Account Terms
You’re responsible for your account’s security, including passwords and user activities.
Misuse of our Services is prohibited. Ensure your users adhere to this.
All content and activities under your account are your responsibility.
Accounts must be registered by humans, not automated methods.
Payment, Refunds, and Plan Changes
If using a free version, we won’t ask for credit card details or sell your data.
For paid Services with a free trial, payment is required post-trial to continue usage.
All fees exclude taxes. We’ll collect and remit taxes where required.
Refunds are processed as per our Fair Refund policy.
Cancellation and Termination
You’re responsible for canceling your account through the provided method in our Services.
Upon cancellation, your content becomes inaccessible immediately and is deleted permanently within 60 days.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any reason.
Modifications to the Service and Prices
We may modify or discontinue parts of our Services at any time without changing the pricing.
Changes to pricing will be communicated with at least 30 days notice.
Uptime, Security, and Privacy
We prioritize the security and privacy of your data. However, we don’t guarantee error-free Services.
We may process your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party vendors assist in delivering our Services.
All social-network connections are enabled only with explicit customer authorization. When credentials must be retained—for example, to sustain an approved LinkedIn, Facebook, or X/Twitter session—they are stored in an encrypted secrets vault that meets FIPS 140-2 and SOC 2 Type II standards. Credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and decrypted solely in memory for the brief moment required to execute sanctioned tasks.
Access rights follow a strict least-privilege model, and every operation is constrained to a catalog of pre-approved actions. Activities are further bounded by this allow-list: the platform simply cannot perform anything outside that scope. No data is accessed or processed without your explicit consent, and at no point is the system granted unrestricted control over any account.
Copyright and Content Ownership
Content must comply with U.S. copyright law.
We claim no ownership rights over your materials.
Our Services, including design elements, are our intellectual property.
Some content is automatically generated leveraging Artificial Intelligence.
No copyright is requested on text or other content generated by AI.
Features and Bugs
We aim to provide high-quality Services, but they may not meet everyone’s needs or be entirely bug-free.
We aim to provide the Service as you expect it to be delivered. However, we cannot promise to meet expectations inside your head. Because of this, we don’t guarantee our Service is fit and useful for any specific process or task.
Services Adaptations and API Terms
Our API usage is bound by these Terms.
We’re not liable for damages from API usage or third-party integrations.
Liability
We’re not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.
