How do SDR agencies price their services?
Most SDR agencies charge a monthly retainer, a fee per meeting booked, or a mix of both. Published retainers we checked in October 2026 run from about $3,500 a month to $11,950 per four weeks for one dedicated SDR. Always ask for the all-in number, the billing period, and the minimum term.

Our view
- Buyers ask this when an agency proposal lands and the number looks either too good or too high. Agencies rarely quote like for like: one $5,000 retainer includes data, tools and a strategist; another buys you part of a shared rep.
- The three models:
- Retainer: a flat monthly or four-weekly fee. Most predictable. Ask how many hours of actual selling time it buys and whether your rep works other clients.
- Pay-per-meeting: you pay per booked appointment. Looks low-risk, but the risk moves to you unless the contract defines a qualified meeting.
- Hybrid: a smaller retainer plus a fee per meeting or opportunity.
- What published prices look like (checked October 12, 2026): Leadium lists $3,500 a month for cold calling and $4,000–$5,000 a month for multi-channel. SalesRoads lists $11,950 per four weeks for one dedicated SDR and $16,750 per four weeks for two. On our October 5, 2026 check, EBQ listed $5,000 a month half-time and $10,000 a month full-time on an annual commitment.
- Watch the billing period: four-week billing means 13 invoices a year. $11,950 every four weeks is about $155,000 a year, not $143,000.
- Compare on the right number: divide the all-in annual cost by opportunities your sales team accepted, not meetings booked. Ask every agency for that figure from a current client.
- When an agency is the right choice: if you need phone-led volume, you can't put your own people's names on outreach, or you need capacity next month and have no one to manage it, a good agency can be the right buy. Check it with our 15 questions.
What the evidence says
- Agency-published retainers and market range — Leadium, "Outsourced SDR Cost in 2026", June 15, 2026 (link), checked October 12, 2026. Leadium sells SDR programs. It lists $3,500/month cold calling and $4,000–$5,000/month multi-channel, puts the 2026 market at about $3,000–$14,000/month, and gives pay-per-appointment ranges of $150–$1,500 a meeting depending on the quality bar. Treat their ranges as one vendor's view.
- Dedicated-team pricing — SalesRoads pricing page (link), checked October 12, 2026: $11,950 per 4-week engagement for one SDR, $16,750 for two, $23,500 for three; includes prospect data (500 records per SDR per month), CRM integration and a live dashboard; no long-term commitment, with a recommended 12-week program. Note: Leadium's June guide quotes an older $9,950 starting price.
- Annual-commitment pricing — EBQ pricing page (link): $5,000/month half-time, $10,000/month full-time, prices reflecting an annual commitment. Last confirmed on our October 5, 2026 check; the page timed out when we tried again on October 12.

Common questions
How much does an SDR agency cost per month?
Published prices we checked on October 12, 2026 run from $3,500 a month (Leadium, cold calling only) and $4,000–$5,000 a month (Leadium, multi-channel) up to $11,950 per four weeks for one dedicated SDR at SalesRoads. Leadium's own guide puts the 2026 market at roughly $3,000 to $14,000 a month. Many agencies are quote-only.
What pricing models do SDR agencies use?
Three main ones: a monthly retainer for a program or a share of a rep; pay-per-meeting, where you pay for each booked appointment; and hybrids, a lower retainer plus a per-meeting or per-opportunity fee. Some also rent SDR headcount and leave strategy and management to you.
Is pay-per-meeting SDR pricing a good deal?
Only with a written definition of a qualified meeting. Leadium's 2026 guide lists $150–$300 for loosely qualified appointments up to $800–$1,500 for verified executive meetings. Without a quality bar you pay for calendar invites your sellers won't work. Count opportunities your team accepts, not meetings booked.
What hidden costs should I ask an SDR agency about?
Setup or onboarding fees, data and tool fees, extra domains and mailboxes, per-seat charges, renewal increases, early-termination penalties, and four-week billing (13 invoices a year, not 12). Get the all-in annual number in writing.
How long are SDR agency contracts?
It varies. Some agencies advertise month-to-month terms; SalesRoads says no long-term commitment but recommends a 12-week program; others price on annual commitments. Ask for the start date of the term (kickoff or first send), the notice period, and what happens to your data on exit.
